He arrived on time on a Saturday, removed our old water heater, and installed the new one efficiently with great workmanship. Being based in Cheltenham was also very convenient for us, as he was local and able to respond promptly. He was professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was complete. I was very happy with the quality of his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Koala Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

A Saturday call out with blocked drains is always a daunting call to a plumber but Chris answered all my questions on the phone & put my mind at ease.
