I have contacted Chris a few times now. He always gives you the time of day, returns your call, and even follows up after. Today, Chris came out on the way to another job. He sourced the problem, called SA Water, and all at no charge. Who does that these days??!! Legend.

Can get the job done right and is a good communicator, is respectful and has a nice chilled out demeanor.

A Saturday call out with blocked drains is always a daunting call to a plumber but Chris answered all my questions on the phone & put my mind at ease.
